What is an e-Book?
The term e-Book means 'electronic book'. It is a document that can be read on a PC or palm-held device.

Do I need software to read an e-Book?
Many e-Books are written in Portable Document Format (PDF). To read this kind of file you will need Acrobat Reader which you can download for free at www.adobe.com Most other e-Books are executable files (.exe). In other words they will open themselves and do not require any software. Some files are Microsoft Word files, or HTML which can be read by your web-browser.

Will I need any other software?
Often e-Books are delivered in a 'zipped' format. This means the files are compressed so they take up less storage space and can be delivered quicker. You will need WinZip to 'unzip' the files. You may well have this on your PC already, but if not you can also download this for free at www.winzip.com

How do I pay for my e-Book?
You can make a totally secure payment using your credit card through PayPal. This is an eBay company so please buy with confidence. To find out more visit their web-site at www.paypal.com

How will I get my e-Book?
You will receive an e-mail at your Primary PayPal e-mail address. This message will contain a link where you can download your e-Book direct from my web-space.

My e-Book has not arrived - why?
Normally you will receive your e-Book within 12 hours of payment, and usually much quicker. If you do not see your e-Book after this time, first check your e-mail spam filter. Often messages from unknown sources can end up here. If you still do not see your e-Book then please do not hesitate to get in touch with me via the Contact page above, and I will re-send your item. Be sure to adjust your spam filter and put the @aol.com domain name on your 'accepted senders' list.

Do you give refunds?
I'm afraid I cannot give refunds. Once an e-Book has been sent it cannot be returned - much like any other digital product that can be copied. I have tried to describe the contents of every e-Book accurately, so please be sure it is what you want before you buy.
